Marlowe Green Developments is an Essex-based building firm that

Between them, Steve and Dean have more than 70 years’ experience in the trade, and they have worked on properties of all scales and sizes. They also know a thing or two about keeping their customers happy.

Steve

Steve has been in the building trade since he left school. Following an apprenticeship in plastering he was keen to extend his skills further and qualified as a bricklayer leading him naturally to building and renovation projects. Steve’s extensive experience of the building industry ensures a solid and reassuring knowledge that he is always willing to share.

He is meticulous in all he does and customers appreciate his positive attitude and no-nonsense approach.

DEAN

Dean has always had a keen interest in woodwork. He started his career in furniture manufacturing, then spent many years working in the kitchen fitting industry. He has continually built on his knowledge, specialising in carpentry, with over 25 years of experience in this field.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in various businesses covering most aspects of construction. Dean is a great problem-solver who is passionate about delivering incredible results for our customers.

For anyone reading this review I would just like to say that you will not find better builders than Steven Dean. They took all the stress from start to finish even organised an architect.
